The June 17, 2013 White County Drainage Board was called to order by Chairman Steve Burton.

The first item on the agenda was to approve the minutes from the June 3, 2013 White County Drainage Board Meeting. Board Member David Diener so moved. Board Member John Heimlich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Next on the agenda-Discuss the J. P. Carr Drain #520

Surveyor Ward presented to the Board:

1. Rick Brummet had talked to the Surveyor regarding the J. P. Carr Drain #520

needing to be cleaned.

2. Drain is on a variable rate. The Maintenance Fund is in debt ten thousand dollars

($10,000.00). Maintenance assessments have already been raised 25%. This drain collects forty-four hundred dollars ($4,400.00) per year in assessments.

3. Surveyor Ward just wanted the Board to be aware that in the near future something

will probably have to be done with the Maintenance fund and the J. P. Carr Ditch.

Other discussions:

1. Surveyor Ward told the Board just for their information that he did get an e-mail from

the Rail Road in response to our latest letter regarding the McWilliams Tile.

With nothing further for the White County Drainage Board Chairman Burton adjourned the meeting.
