The account balance is $60,573.11. The current rate is variable with a $5.00 minimum. The annual assessment in White County is $11,706.88. The annual assessment in Jasper County is $2,044.22. The four year maximum in White County is $55,004.40. The ditch is approximately 15 miles long.

Surveyor Ward is requesting approval to contract out the surveying and engineering work. He stated he has talked to Jasper County Surveyor and they verbally agreed to allow an outside firm to do this work.

Vice President Heimlich stated that Jasper County would need to waive their rights or we would need to form a joint board to make that decision.

No vote on the matter was taken, however direction was given to Surveyor Ward to formally contact Jasper County about waiving their rights.
