ROBERT MCWILLIAMS #569 and CROWELL-WELLS #721

Milt Cole, majority landowner, requested a Petition for Reconstruction on the Robert McWilliams #569 and the Crowell-Wells #721 Regulated Drains. Surveyor Ward commented that other landowners have requested work to be done under the railroad tracks multiple times.

JAMES CARTER #621-SCOTT HUGHES LAT. #2

White County Surveyor and White County Highway Department are working together in an emergency situation to perpetuate drainage tile along Hanawalt/Division road.

NIPSCO is installing new power poles, deeper than the original poles, consequently the tiles that are under the power poles will be broken. Surveyor Ward received consent, in writing from the landowners, to move the tiles. The Highway Department is installing the new tile just far enough to the south to avoid interfering with the new poles.

There being no further business to come before the board, their meeting was adjourned.
