Surveyor Ward explained the reason for this meeting was for the Liberty Arms Drainage Exception. Phil Hunt has request he would like a waiver from the drainage review and fee. Jeffery Haw, Radtke Engineering, stepped to the podium to speak on behalf of the project. The Board felt to protect parties involved that a document should be recorded. After a short discussion, the board decided they would like to check with Attorney Loy to make sure of the wording on the signed document by the property owners to be recorded would be sufficient. Mr. Hunt was advised that the final decision would be made at the January 2, 2018 Drainage Board Meeting.

There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting was adjourned.
