BE IT REMEMBERED, that the White County Drainage Board held a meeting on Monday, January 7, 2019. The meeting was held at the White County Building, 2nd floor, Commissioners’ conference room beginning at 10:30 a.m. Drainage Board members present were: President Steve Burton, Vice President John Heimlich and Board Member David Diener. Also, present were the White County Surveyor Bradley E. Ward, Attorney George Loy and Board Secretary Jennifer Hill.


President Burton called the meeting to order.

REORGANIZATION – White County Board Member David Diener made a motion to keep the same Board appointments as 2018; with a second from Vice President John Heimlich. Vote: (3 – Favor, 0- Oppose)

Board Secretary: Jennifer Hill

· Board Member Diener made a motion to approve the minutes as presented for the meeting held on December 17, 2018, seconded by Vice President Heimlich.

Vote: Unanimous


Board Member Diener made a motion to retain the same appointments to the Big Monon, Indian Creek and Fleet-Lakin with a second from Vice President Heimlich. Vote: Unanimous (3- Favor, 0 – Oppose)

Sophia Brumm- Steve Burton



Big Monon Creek – Surveyor Ward let the Board know that Mr. Darrell Erb had been in the office checking on the status of the Big Monon Creek.
