BE IT REMEMBERED that a regular meeting of the White County Council was held at the White County Building at Monticello at 9:00 A.M. on April 17, 2006 for the purpose of discussing the additional appropriations and other business that might come before the membership.

Council President, James Mann, called the Council meeting to order in joint session with the Commissioners. The following members were present:

MINUTES

Councilman Crabb made a motion to accept the March 20, 2006 minutes. Councilman Carter seconded the motion. Vote: Unanimous

TRANSFERS

The following transfers were received.

Councilman Cain made a motion to approve the above transfer. Councilman Crabb seconded the motion.

Councilman Cain made a motion to approve the above transfer. Councilwoman Lowring seconded the motion. Vote: Unanimous

ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE County Council of White County, Indiana that for the expenses of said Municipal Corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund herein specified and subject to the laws governing the same.

REQUESTED ALLOWED

White County Solid Waste $954,000.00 $954,000.00

Councilman Carter made a motion to approve the additional appropriation with the intention of reimbursing the fund upon completion of the county farmland sale. Councilwoman Lowring seconded the motion.

Vote: Unanimous

WHITE COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Councilman Horton made a motion to donate $954,000.00 to the White County Memorial Hospital. Councilman Crabb seconded the motion. Vote: Unanimous

ADJOURNMENT

There being no more business to come before the Council, Councilwoman Lowring made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Crabb seconded the motion. Vote: Unanimous
